Refund Policy
Late Arrival & Non-Attendance
​If you anticipate being delayed or arriving late for your appointment, then please notify us as soon as possible, and in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Please be aware that if you arrive 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start time of your appointment, then the clinician will not be able to see you. This will be considered a non-attendance and the full appointment fee will be charged.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, then the full appointment fee will be charged.
Please also be aware that most insurance providers do not fund non-attendance costs, and in those cases, you would be expected to pay the full appointment fee for the non-attendance.​
